Jeffrey Vargas is the founder of Generationology and a nationally recognized leadership and professional development expert with more than two decades of experience helping organizations strengthen leadership, communication, and collaboration.
He previously served as Chief Learning Officer for both the National Nuclear Security Administration and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, leading enterprise-wide leadership and workforce development efforts inside some of the nation's most complex mission environments.
Today, Jeff works with organizations across government, healthcare, science, finance, and industry to help leaders navigate change, strengthen trust, and build workplaces where people can thrive.
