Workshops & Events

• Cancellations ≥ 14 days before the event → full refund.
• Cancellations < 14 days → 50% credit toward a future session.

Coaching Programs

Refunds available within 7 days after the first session if dissatisfied.

Digital Products

Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Processing

Email info@generationology.org with order ID; approved refunds processed in 5–10 business days.
